earth is the only planet IN THIS SOLAR SYSTEM that can support life. but when you think about it the universe is so big that there's such a big chance that there's life on a planet somewhere out there. but scientists have already found what looks like a planet that is as old as earth, the same size of earth, and it looks like it has water on it. but its about 20 million light years away.
There are currently no planets discovered that are green in colour. Earth has green on it, but the planet actually looks blue from space due to the large oceans.
Planet retrograde is when the planet appears, from the Earth point of view, to be orbiting opposite from its normal direction around the sun. Basically, it looks like its going backwards. It usually occurs when Earth overtakes a planet in its orbit. This video here at the link below shows a good example of what retrograde looks like. The top part of the video shows the movement we see from Earth while the bottom shows the planet's actual movement.
yes it looks same as earth
because the oceans make up roughly 70% the earth, therefore when viewed from space, the earth looks mostly blue. If the surface of the earth was mostly jungle then it would be the green planet. Mars is called the red planet because when viewed from space it looks kind of red, that is because the surface of mars has a red tint to it.

Venus is the planet that looks brightest from Earth.
Earth
That's because it looks mainly blue, from space. With the clouds it looks like a blue marble. The Earth is called the "blue planet" because the surface is composed mostly of water. Over 70 % of the Earth's surface is water.Water looks blue from space mainly because it reflects the blue atmosphere. However, the full explanation is quite complicated.(A clear sky in daylight looks blue from the Earth's surface, because of the way white light is scattered by the air molecules.)
Mars is the planet most like Mother Earth.
Because of our odd planet rotation, it looks like our planet is wobbling
Earth. It looks blue from a distance
From space the Earth actually looks blue (due to the atmosphere and oceans, However Earth is also covered in growing green plants and there is therefore a huge amount of green tinge on Earth's continents so the "green planet" refers to this biotic presence on the surface.
Mars looks red from earth because of the high level of ironixide or 'rust'. Mars is sometimes called 'the red planet' because of this.
