I don't know about a toy, but the comics "Titeuf" are very popular in France (the second-best selling book in 2008 is a comic book from the Titeuf series.) The name Titeuf is formed from petit + oeuf, i.e. small egg.
Literally: veintisietehuevoveintisiete veintisiete = 27 huevo = egg
Dessins d'oeufs is a French equivalent of the English phrase "egg patterns." The pronunciation of the masculine plural prepositional phrase -- which translates literally as "patterns of eggs" -- will be "dey-seh duhf" in French.
Kimura, 木村, when translated literally means: 木=tree 村=village
I think only animals etc have latin names. An egg is more of an object. addition Very roughly translated it is Pullus Ovum Pullus is young chicken Ovum is egg
"Egg" in English means uovo in Italian.
das Ei

"Thank you for the egg!" in English means Grazie per l'uovo! in Itailan.
