The one thing that really helps me get through the day is taking 150 mg of wellbutrin XL 200 mg of Seroquil and 40 mg of Prozac but could this negatively effect a fifteen year old in the future?

All I can say is scientifically, antidepressants and mood stabilizers prevent "damage" (decreased neurons/dendrites/anxiety) that accompanies mental disorders. If you're looking for "future" effects, Wellbutrin can slightly elevate anxiety, Prozac caneventually "stop" working for no reason, and Seroquel has not shown long term damage, and is significantly likely to prevent damage (it normalizes EEG, or brain wave patterns, significantly more than any antipsychotic/antidepressants), typically only if you respond to the medicines are side effects limited, and of course, if any effect becomes intolerable, talk to a qualified health professional about options.

I take Wellbutrin and drink and nothing bad has happened to me, but I do need to drink less. If you're still concerned, Wellbutrin has a half-life of ~21 hours, so it will be mostly cleared from your body in 2 or 3 days. I haven't found any difficulties with drinking alcohol on Wellbutrin, although I am only on 150 mg daily. I've read that it increases risk of seizures, which is higher with Wellbutrin as it is. My pharmacist told me and I've read online that when you drink alcohol while on wellbutrin it empties the stores of wellbutrin that youre body/brain has accumulated since you started.
