Helping the president create a federal budget
The president. Pretty obvious. Wrong, pretty sure he wants to know his EXACT role being president. Which the president can veto bills, handle Foreign affairs, and Executive Privilege. Executive privilege gives the President the ability to withhold information from the public, Congress, and the courts in matters of national security. or to tell the UN(United Nations) to declare war. President Obama's goal is to get America's unemployment rate to a more stable percentage. Which, in many peoples POV, he has done this, but failed in other genres.
