You could possibly refi depending on\nyour scores--You will need scores 500 and above and EQUITY in the property in order to refinance. Most times\nif the lender will refi-…-it is usually at 75% LTV (loan to value).\nIn other words, the lender will only use up to 75% of the value--no more.\n. \nDischarged-- usually it takes 2 years before a lender will refi the loan. Would it make sense to refinance a mortgage with seven years remaining just to lower the monthly payments?
Answer . There are a few things to consider when refinancing. One being the cost of the refi. How much will closing costs be? For instance- your closing costs are going to cost you $5000 to obtain a new loan. If you are saving $100 per month on your payment by refinancing, it would take 50 mon…ths of saving the $100 to recupe the $5000. Leaving approx 3 yrs left to realize a true savings. Most lenders will let you "roll" closing costs into the new loan when there is a good amount of equity in the home. You are still using the home's equity when doing this, so will need 50 months to recupe the closing costs @ $100 per month. ( Full Answer )

Are you familiar with Dave Ramsey (www.daveramsey.com)? I believe he would suggest selling one or two of the cars and using the income from the sale to pay off the other two. I'm assuming you need two cars, one for you and one for your spouse, if married. The other thing that needs consideration is …why you need four cars? Are any of them used for a business? If they are, then the business income ought to be used to pay off that loan, not your personal income. If one or two of them are used for a business, then you need to separate your family income and expenses from your business income and expenses. Actually as a former business owner, the IRS insists that you do this, and that you file separately for each. ( Full Answer )

It didn't play a role because the founding fathers had seen the results of religion in the relationship to government and the abuses that came with it. They wanted to insure that there was no state religion and that the laws were secular in nature to make sure all people were treated equally under t…he law. Most of the founding fathers were also repeatedly refused to be swayed by religious opinion, but directly challenged the right of the church to interfere with secular matters. The belief that the US was founded as a Christian nation is held by those who think it is in danger of coming under the influence of non-Christians. In fact, it never was a Christian nation except in the most literal sense that most of the people who came were Christians. Not one word is said about Christianity in the Constitution nor is it in the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration refers only to " nature's God." ( Full Answer )

Ideally, none. The refining process removes the bran and the germ from the grain, and with them, much of the fiber, vitamins, and other nutrients. What is left, the endosperm, is mostly carbohydrate that is easily digested into sugar and stored as fat. If you are referring to the size of various body parts, the answer is the EYES. They remain the same size from birth to death. Hope this helps.
Whole grains contain the entire seed; the hull, or bran, which contains fiber, the starchy part, and the kernel, or endosperm. Refined grains take off the hull and the kernel, removing fiber, protein and many nutrients in the process.
Refined means that the food is highly processed. The fiber, bran, and many of the vitamins and minerals they contain have been stripped away. The body processes these carbohydrates quickly, and they provide little nutrition but the same calories.

The thing about whole grain that makes it nutrient-rich is that it's "whole". If there was a part of it that had all the nutrients, then they would separate it and sell us that part. They've been separating it and selling us only a part of the grain for a hundred years. Do you think they're i…ntentionally discarding the nutrient-rich part and selling us the junk part ? There would be no reason to do that, because if the other part had all the nutrients in it, then they could just switch the parts and double the price. The grain has one nutrient in this part, another nutrient in that part, and a different nutrient in another part. If you throw anything away, you throw away something that would be good for you. That's why the recommendation of the nutritionists is to eat the "whole grain". It's not to reduce the producers' processing costs. It's to get all the nutrients in the grain into you.
