Noah's Ark has not been found and, even assuming that the story of Noah is historically accurate, it would likely have gone rotten sometime in the last 5000 years.
Another Answer
Despite much searching, Noah's Ark has not been found on Mt Ararat or anywhere else. It's location is unknown. As the wood of Noah's Ark was sealed 'within and without by pitch' [or tar] [that is, on both sides of the wood] it means the wood would have been preserved so it would not rot.
That was Noah's Ark, but the other Ark in The Bible is the Ark of the Covenant, and it is unclear which one the question is about. It's location is also unknown, but it was most likely spirited away from Jerusalem by God-fearing priests during the reign of King Manasseh to prevent its destruction, then moved to Elephant Island, and is possibly currently in Ethiopia. However, again no-one knows.
Both Arks were buried somewhere to prevent them being worshipped or broken up into pieces for relics. Their present locations are unknown, but they will be rediscovered and made known if and when God so desires.
