Saudi Arabia Kaaba
Kaaba is the holiest building in Islam. Kaaba is surrounded by the greatest Mosque in the world. It is called the Grand mosque (or Al-Majid Al-Haram).
The Kaaba is covered in a black silk and gold-embroidered cloth known as the Kiswah. The black color symbolizes unity and the oneness of God in Islam, representing purity and a sense of reverence. The Kiswah is replaced annually during the Hajj pilgrimage, and its color and design also reflect the significance of the Kaaba as the holiest site in Islam. Additionally, the use of black may also serve a practical purpose, as it helps to mask dirt and wear from the elements and the millions of pilgrims who visit each year.
Islam
The Kaaba in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Muslims consider the Kaaba a sacred place.
The holy site of Islam is located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Specifically, the Kaaba is located there (it's a giant black cube). The Kaaba is the most sacred and holy site in Islam. When Muslims pray, wherever they are on the globe, they pray in a certain direction so that way they are facing the Kaaba. They once faced Al-Aqsa (another holy site in Islam) Jerusalem as the direction of prayer.
The Kaaba and the mosque are and have been a great source of revenue for the country way before there was oil to be had. The small meteorite that is in the center of what is called Kaaba was actually one of the idols that was worshipped before Islam blessed the region with its presence. It later became the symbol for Islam and its worshippers.
