Both the French and Russian revolutions occurred because of two main reasons. Both of these revolutions were the direct results of bad leadership and a bad economy. These two reasons along with other factors caused both of these revolutions. Although they were both similar, they also had differences. A difference between the two is that the Russians had an unsuccessful "pre-revolution" in 1905. Another difference between these two revolutions is the fact that the French turned towards a democracy while the Russian government became communist. Both the French and Russian revolutions had similar causes but ended up with different results. Both of these countries had different internal factors which cause the results. The Russians had Lenin and the French had the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen. I would also like to point out 1 more similarity between these two revolutions and that is the fact that both Czar Nicholas II and King Louis XVI were executed soon after the revolutionaries took power. It's just strange to see how two similar countries with so many similar reasons for revolting would end up with so very different governments. this is one of the differences.there were many more.

There are many theories on why polities breakdown into revolutions. Some include:Class struggle (historical materialism) - people exist is distinct 'classes' and these classes have different interests. When technology changes significantly, our relations also change and thus the old system is changed. When change is repressed, a revolution might begin.Political violence - elites struggle for power over a polity (state) and will use revolution as a means to achieve mass popular support.Relative deprivation - in conditions of economic downturns or high levels of wealth inequality, people feel a dissonance between what they consider 'rightfully theirs' and what they have. They correct this imbalance by resorting to revolution en masse.State or military breakdown - polities often maintain their rule using force. When the ability to use force weakens, revolutions might start because people exploit their chances to change politics forcefully (as opposed to within the system).
There had been revolutions prior to the American Revolution. But this was the first time a group of people outlined in writing (the Declaration) the reasons they were revolting and declaring that they were an independent state (nation).

The main thing that INSPIRED it was the American revolution. It inspired the French to create their own constitution, because they also wanted freedom and liberty and to be rid of absolute monarchy. France also helped to supply Americans weapons, at that time France and America were allies to defeat the British.

The grammatically correct phrase is "for myriad reasons." The word "myriad" is an adjective derived from the Greek and literally means 10,000. Its current definition is "countless" or "innumerable. The closest synonym is the adjective "manifold." In order, to determine whether any use of the term myriad is grammatically correct, replace it with the word "countless," "innumerable" or "10,000." No reasonable person would believe it to be grammatically correct to say or to write that they did something "for a countless of reasons" or "for an innumerable of reasons" or "for a 10,000 of reasons." Thus, it is not grammatically correct to say or to write that they did something "for a myriad of reasons." Therefore, the grammatically correct phrase is "for myriad reasons." In contrast, the words "bunch" and "plethora" are nouns. Thus, for these words, the grammatically proper phrases would be "for a bunch of reasons" or "for a plethora of reasons."
