Because the SpongeBob books are usually written by completely different people than the crew that actually works on the show. A lot of the time, a SpongeBob book is based off of an episode, and rarely, an episode is loosely based off of a SpongeBob book. The reason an Easter episode has not been made is probably because it would be a bit cliche, and Easter is a very Christian holiday.

In the season 1 episode Opposite Day, Squidward Attempts to move but never actually does. Spongebob and Patrick ruined the sale by annoying and lying to the real estate agent.
On TV or maybe on you tube but It's quite rare so its supposedly hard to find. It is the episode when SpongeBob meets Sandy Cheeks for the first time. Its quite good actually like all SpongeBob stuff!

The Magic Conch appeared in the episode "Club SpongeBob". It is a season three episode. So far, the Conch has not appeared in any other episodes.
