There is a black thing like a seed almost growing out of something like a stye in your eyelid what is it and is it harmful?

It sounds like it's part of the stye. Apply a warm compress to the stye for about 10 minutes, several times a day and do NOT try do anything else to it without a Doctors recommendations. If it gets too painful or causes problems with your vision get to a Doctor as some styes do require a doctor.
