it is to lock truck and gas door from being opened. try it out take you key and lock then try and open the truc and gas door

Good question, I have a 98 and my drivers window will not work at all, and I can roll the rest up and down, but not the rear drivers, I can roll it down but you have to roll it up from the back seat.

Get a horn at Autozone or somethin, and look down behind the drivers side headlights. Positive negative and ground are on top.
