Then you either have a blown head gasket or a cracked head. Stop driving the car immediately an have it repaired. A rare possibility is that the transmission cooler inside the radiator is leaking fluid into the cooling system.
If it is a 3.0 liter, It is screwed into the upper part of the oil filter housing under exhaust manifold near radiator. Easy access from under vehicle.
It is on the bottom of the radiator but sometimes hard to get to. If it is, take the lower hose off instead.
The oil filter is located on the side of the engine facing the radiator

Does it have one? If it does it will be easy to spot. Either in front of the radiator or beside the oil pan.
Take it to an oil change place and have them do a cooling system flush immediately.
Head gasket may be blown allowing oil to leak into the coolant chambers and be returned to the radiator
