There is this guy that keeps staring at you and then he goes tell people and his friends that you like him and want to do anything just to talk to himwhat can you do about this?

Just confront him. Say that you know that he is telling his friends that you like him, and that you dont appreciate it. Tell him that you dont like him and if he really has nothing else to talk about besides you, then he really has no life, and honestly, you feel sorry for him.
