You should just say OMG WHAT ARE YOU DOING THAT IS HORRIBLE n she will probobly (if shes not very confident) go red or something and will never do it again in public, or she will stop completely wich is even better .
AND/OR
just give her that disinfectant gel u can get from tesco or somewere to disinfect herself
