Corys are peaceful and small (2.5"), but like to be kept in small schools. Keeping just one can make him aggressive. Honey Gouramis are small (2") and generally peaceful, but the males can get territorial, especially around spawning time. To reduce aggression of a male gourami, add 2 or 3 females for each male. The ghost knife fish, on the other hand, is a semi-aggressive carnivore and he will get much larger than the other two (up to 18"). A ghost knife's aggressive behaviour can be improved by adding a tube, transparent or otherwise, large enough for him to get inside and by making sure he is in a large enough tank (50 gallon min). Other than that, it is perfectly natural for him to try to eat his smaller tankmates. You can try keeping him very well fed as that sometimes reduces aggressive behavior as well.
