Actually the colE1 plasmid does not replicate using the Theta mode of replication, because it replicates unidirectionally, while the theta mode of replication is bidirectional.

Is the theta in a projectile equation measured in degrees or radians?

The equations for projectiles shouldn't just have theta, they should have sin(theta) or cos(theta). As long as you have your calculator set in the right mode, either will work when you evaluate sin or cosine. Example: Say you have a projectile launched at 30 degrees above horizontal. In order to find the y velocity, you will have to calculate sin(30) with you calculator in degree mode. If instead you called this angle pi/6 (the same angle, just in radians), you could enter sin(pi/6) in your calculator in radians mode and get the same answer.

What is mode of action of adefovir?

adefovir mode of action through suppress the viral replication by inhibition of reverse transcription of viral dna which terminate chain of viral replication that adefovir depovixil transformed to active metabolite adefovir tri phosphate that incorporated into the viral Dna that terminate the chain of replication

What is the mode of action of nucleoside and nucleotide analogs?

Nucleoside and nucleotide analogs inhibit viral replication by incorporating into the viral genome during replication. These analogs lack the necessary functional groups for further elongation of the viral genome, leading to termination of viral replication and inhibition of viral protein synthesis. This disruption ultimately stops the virus from spreading and replicating.

What are the major differences between semi-conservative and conservative replication?

According to the conservative mode, of the two double helices formed one would be entirely of old material and the other entirely of new material. Thus the old parent double helix would be unchanged. According to the semi Conservative mode proposed by Watson and Crick, each strand of the two double helices formed would have one old and one new strand

What is the mode of action of nitrogen mustard in treatment of cancer?

Nitrogen mustards, such as cyclophosphamide, are alkylating agents that bind DNA and cause cross-linking that prevents replication. This inhibits cell division, most specifically in rapidly dividing cells of cancer masses.

A 30-60-90 triangle has a hypotenuse of length 44. What is the length of the side opposite the 30 degree angle?

I assume your 90 degree angle is on the right and the 30 degree angle is opposite that. ( degree mode ) sin theta = opposite/hypotenuse sin 30 degrees = opp./44 = 22

How does resistance to vancomycin occur?

any trait that is possessed by a creature with a plasmid dna loop can inherit genes from both division and error replication and from absorption of Rna and Dna from the environment, this means a organism can grab this immunity from the environment it exists in, if the material is present so just by the nature of these creatures, beneficial traits are passed on after death, or by mutation, another method of immunity is to go into a stasis or spore mode, and out wait the offending attacker, hatch, and wreak havoc when you have the element of surprise, like the spore forming rods, another way they can evade is by inhabiting a region inaccessible to the antibiotic like inside of a bone or in the brain, like lyme disease and other spiral organisms,
