My advice is to say nothing and do nothing. There would be no reason to say or do anything, unless... you are really asking this question because you want to do something to get back at him, or at least give him the same message that Toby Keith, the country singer, gave to his ex-girlfriend in the video by singing, "How Do You Like Me Now?" If that's so, then I'd say that what you probably should never do, which then becomes what you really want to do, is to kiss a new boyfriend, or new boyfriend stand-in, in front of him. And then, of course, if you REALLY want to take it up a notch and do one even better; kiss your new girlfriend in front of him. That will surely crumble what may be left of his manhood the rest of the way down to the ground.
