Nicknames are usually born out of moments, maybe you can think of a time where she's done something typically Mia, and you can name her that.

If that doesn't help then just try stuff that rhymes:

-'Miakat' (sounds like meerkat), or even just 'kat' for instance.

Always gauge how much the named likes their nickname. Some people genuinely don't mind being given horrendously offensive nickname, some people will tolerate a nickname for a bit but eventually get tired of it, some people will let you know straight up that they never want to hear that nickname you've chosen again, and some people just straight up hate the idea of a nickname altogether. It totally depends on the nickname and the person it's been given to.

If she wants to have a nickname, then maybe you can sit down with her and come up with one, but the best nicknames always come out of organic and uncontrolled moments. Usually the cheesiest and least sticky nicknames are the ones that have been forcefully invented.
