This girl constantly stars at me at school when im not or pretending to not look at her i think she is pretty but dont like her like that but why is she staring?

Well it's obvious that she likes you, but she probably just doesn't know how to approuch you. Like what to say or whatever. She's probably just afraid of rejection. So even if she does get the courage to talk to you, just be friendly towards her and you two could become friends. If she asks you out then let her down gently by telling her how you really feel and that you think she's pretty, but you just like her as a friend. If her staring bothers you then there's not much you can do about that, but just ignore it.
