That's a tough one. Many friendships have been ruined over this same situation. If you like the guy enough to sacrifice your friendship, go for it. If your friendship means too much to you to lose it over a flirtation with a guy, then back off and stop texting with him.

It is really wrong if a person wants to quit music lessons to spend more time doing texting, video games, hanging out accomplishing nothing, and so forth.

I think you should tell somebody how you are feeling and see if they understand. Bullying has been different and hard. You cant just run away from it. You have to stand up for yourself and be who you really are. Don't be the kind of kid who rocks back in forth in a closet after school. See a psychiatric and tell him or hera how you are feeling so you don't feel like nobody cares.
