Tips for first aid for a gerbil whose foot has been eaten to the bone by another gerbil he has no claws on three of the four paws and bones aren't broken but he has no toes on mangled foot anymore?

I strongly recommend taking it to a professional but if you can't do that then get it away from all other gerbils. Then, put a NON-TOXIC anti-bacterial cream on the wound. GOOD LUCK!!
