hope i understude your question.I my self is a Ford certify tech ,and i belive your question is how to change the fuel filter's" on a ford f-250 of year 2006 correct? is this is the case there are two filters one is licated on top of engine next to the oil filter you would know this becase there are two screw in cap color black center one is the oil filter and the one next to it -to the left would be the secondary fuel filter ,..note" and the primary fuel filter also know as the water separator is located on the left side frame rail.then again you would see a black plastic cap ,..you would need a 36mm socket for the bottom one and a regular 1/2 in drive rachet for the top one ,... hope this help's
