An allele is an alternative form of a gene that is found at the same location on a chromosome.
if the two alleles are the same in the same box in the punnett square then that trait is expressed. when there is a double in a punnett square then that gene is always expressed
Gene and allele are not the same thing. An allele is one variation of a gene. A gene refers to the entire genetic code for a trait.
homozygous
Depends on the characteristic. Assuming you're talking about a very simple monogenic characteristic (ie. a characteristic which is dependent on one gene only) your dominant allele will always trump your recessive allele. So, one copy of your dominant allele is all that's needed to give you that characteristic (final genotype is either homozygous dominant or heterozygous), whereas you'd need two copies of your recessive allele (homozygous recessive) to get that characteristic. Much beyond that and it gets verycomplicated.
A Double Dose was created in 2004.
The bases in one allele is different from bases in another allele because an allele is different forms of the same gene. This means that even though they have been programed for the same thing there is a variation

The individual with two of the same allele is "homozygous" for a trait.

Do you mean allele? An allele is a different molecular form of the same gene.

Doubling the dose would be equivalent to a dose of the medication Xenical, a diet medication. The dose of Xenical is 120 milligrams and you take it 3 times a day. The dose of Alli is 60 milligrams and you take it 3 times a day.
Direct dilution using the exact dose needed to get a specific response so that the dose is a stochastic variable, showing tolerance distribution. Double dilution is when the isotopic composition of two blends is the same.

Why would you double dose? 700mg would be a large dose! If you miss a dose take it as soon as you remember then take the next dose at the normal time. Unless you are already close to the next time you should take it. Then just wait. I would never double dose a medication. Talk to your doctor if it is not working for you.
