It does not matter if you file with your original W2 or not. As long as you have a copy of the W2, that is all that is needed. If you file online, you do not even need to send your W2 in.
No. Photocopying a money order does not make it void but if you are planning to use the photocopy in place of the original then it is null and void. A photo copy of the original money order is worthless and carries no value.
Carbon copies of a letter should be initialed by the person signing the original letter. Because a carbon copy is often a file copy, many people don't bother with this step, but it is the only proof that a carbon copy is genuine and that the signator knows that it exists.
Anomalies is the data within the database it is the copy of the original data it needs to be updated in order to avoid problems such as viewing the website.
The recovery-management component of a database system can support atomicity and durability by a variety of schemes. We first consider a simple, but extremely inefficient, scheme called the shadow copy scheme. This scheme, which is based on making copies of the database, called shadow copies, assumes that only one transaction is active at a time. The scheme also assumes that the database is simply a file on disk. A pointer called db-pointer is maintained on disk; it points to the current copy of the database. In the shadow-copy scheme, a transaction that wants to update the database first creates a complete copy of the database. All updates are done on the new database copy, leaving the original copy, the shadow copy, untouched. If at any point the transaction has to be aborted, the system merely deletes the new copy. The old copy of the database has not been affected. If the transaction completes, it is committed as follows. First, the operating system is asked to make sure that all pages of the new copy of the database have been written out to disk. (Unix systems use the flush command for this purpose.) After the operating system has written all the pages to disk, the database system updates the pointer db-pointer to point to the new copy of the database; the new copy then becomes the current copy of the database. The old copy of the database is then deleted.
DNA is a really cool piece of art that everybody likes and wants to copy. Someone copies it. This copy is a replica of the original, with minimal changes or differences, but is seperate from the original. Like RNA is to DNA.
In Notes, you can go to Help, then Help Topics, then search for information like this. Here's what Notes Help says: A replica is a duplicate of a database with the same replication ID number as the original database. Notes lets you create a local (offline) replica of any database you use. Through replication, Notes can keep a local replica identical with the database on the server, so you make changes once, but they appear in both places. Replication is the process of making replicas identical. Notes uses the replica ID number to locate and replicate all replicas of a database. A database copy (created by choosing File - Database - New Copy) does not have the same ID number as its original database, and doesn't replicate. A copy of a database file created through the operating system is a replica and does have the same ID number as the original database. Replication is a great tool to have when you're away from your office network, because working in a local replica is much faster than making the same changes over a dialup telephone connection. Replication also lets users on various networks in a variety of (physical) locations share the most current version of information in a database. An archive is a copy of a database you can create to store information no longer in use. Like a replica, an archive contains documents and design elements from the original database, but unlike a replica, an archive never sends any changes back to the original database.
That would be a 'back-up' file - assuming you have one ! A back-up is a copy of something that you can go back to in case something has happened to the original.
Yes original copy is an oxymoron
The original. The copy is for your filing purposes and as a backup.
A certified true copy is an original document, and a document that is verified against the original copy is usually a recreation of the original document, or a second document that reflects the content of the original.

An image document can be a database record of a particular image, or it can be a copy of a document rather than the original. In some cases, records of documents and the fact of their existence and maintenance can be admissible evidence. In most cases, if you possibly can get the original document but have only a copy or do not have a valid reason for not having the original, the evidence could be problematic as to its admissibility. See best evidence rule.
