I believe you are trying to do the following quest on Horse Isle:
Amariel's Seven Orbs (200qp) [Master]
Begins: Amariel, Ashton
Items Needed: 5 magenta crystal shards, 5 red crystal shards, 5 blue crystal shards, 5 purple crystal shards, 5 green crystal shards, 5 cyan crystal shards, 5 yellow crystal shards
Amariel would like you to fetch her seven orbs from each of the seven dragons in the Dragon Maze. The first dragon you need to visit is the red one. The Red Dragon is at the end of the first path. To tell which path is which, stand in front of the "Guardians", the stone thing with fire blazing from it. Be sure to bring a telescope, it will be VERY helpful. Also, when you go to each dragon, be sure to get at least FIVE shards. You will need them. The Red Dragon will want 5 Magenta Crystal Shards, found around the Magenta Dragon's cave, in exchange for it's orb. After getting the Red Orb, go to the next Dragon - Blue. The Blue dragon wants 5 Red Crystal Shards in exchange for the Blue Orb. The next dragon, Purple, wants 5 blue shards. The next dragon, Green, wants 5 purple shards. The next dragon, Cyan, wants 5 green shards. Next dragon - yellow! Very annoying dragon to get to in my opinion. Get off your horse and follow these instructions to get through the fireflower patch: down2 right4 up2 left1 up2 right4 down2 right1 down1 right2 up3 right5 down2 left2 down2 right7 up2 left2 up3 right7 down2 right5 down2 right3 up2 right15 down5 left2 down1 left3 down. Give the Yellow Dragon 5 cyan shards. Next, and finally last, the Magenta Dragon. Give it 5 yellow shards and then head back to Amariel.

I believe so. If it was necessary for the parent/guardian to sign for it to be issued to an underage (or not otherwise qualified) individual, then it stands to reason that they can, likewise, withdraw their permission, which would have the efffect of revoking it.
