One of the key assumptions of the rational consumer; i.e., that individuals know what they want and seek to make the most of the available opportunities given the scarcity constraints they face.Notice that there are two key components here:
1 The notion that individuals have preferences: This defines what they
want to consume.
2 The notion that individuals have constraints: These define what they
can consume
what to buy, where to buy, and how to buy:)
Theory of consumer behaviour and theory of production.similarities/differences

Consumer Demand is how much of something that consumers are wanting. A company needs to know the consumer demand so they know how much of a product to make. Consumer demand is the amount of people that want a particular item. Lets say the supply is 100 items of something and only 10 people want it, not demand. If there is 100 of something and 200 people want it, that is demand.
Human rationality is the logical thought process that judges when is right and what is wrong .This innate quality differentiates humans from beasts who act by instincts. Even in holy scriptures God cannot be blamed for the fall of man as He gave man the willful rationality to know and choose from what is right (good) and what is wrong (evil).

Marketing is the promotion and selling of the services or the products in a company. Marketing includes research and advertising. Research allows the company to have a perspective on the needs and wants of the consumer. Advertising allows the consumer to know what services and products are available. Marketing is productive for these reasons.
Consumer marketing is when a consumer markets something. Hope this helps, Stella here! You know where you to find me :)
