The answer is time.
"Too swift for those who fear" is a quote from Henry Van Dyke
Time is too slow for those who wait,
Too swift for those who fear,
Too long for those who grieve,
Too short for those who rejoice,
But for those who love,
Time is eternity.
The full verse is: "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice; but for those who love, time is eternity." Source: Henry Van Dyke (1852-1933) (American, poet/pastor)

Don't get too hopeful. The class action lawsuit has been going on for years now. Swift Transportation has more lawyers than those in the class action lawsuit can afford to hire, and better ones, too. They can drag that thing out for as long as they want.
God does does not resent those who do not fear him, nor does he resent those who do not believe in him. He cherishes all.
Everybody gets zits! I'm sure Taylor Swift does, too.
YES!
Yes Taylor swift has a very outgoing personality and enviermantel one too.

That would be too many to list here. However, in the King James version the phrase - do not fear - does not appear at all. The precise word - fear - appears 400 times, and in 62 of those instances it is in the form of the phrase - fear not -, which is probably the closest to the meaning of this question.
