You have to do it on the phone at 1-877-789-1443, but they have problems. After the survey was completed (a lot of questions!), it asked for my phone number to enter me into the drawing, but kept repeating a number that was not mine. I tried tried several times on two different phones, but it would never get my number for contact correct. I called Tractor Supply customer support, and they said they couldn't fix it, so it's a waste of your time if you're trying to enter their drawing/giveaway. The customer service rep I spoke with said "yeah, I've been getting calls about this, but there's no way to go into the system and correct the problem with your phone number".
