After you've done this, you can connect your phone to your computer with a USB cable, and a screen should come up saying 'USB Connected'. Press the button saying 'Turn on USB Storage', and then the device should show up on your computer, and you can just copy/ paste music files from there; they automatically get sorted into the music folder on your phone.
