Ummm . . .false. No cult is now, nor ever will be, capable of replacing The Catholic Church. Why? "the powers of hellshall not prevail against her." The Catholic Church holds, emphatically, that She is The Church Our Lord, Himself, personally established to preserve The Truth throughout the ages. We're at 2000 years, and still counting, and The Catholic Church is still standing and She is still that "voice crying in the wilderness make straight the way of the Lord." Doesn't mean that all those who administer The Church are pure/holy/not sinners. But then, that was true from the beginning. Jesus himself chose 12 Apostles, one of whom was a traitor/an unbeliever/ a deceiver -- Judas Iscariet. I'd say that's still about the same "ratio" of weeds to wheat currently in The Catholic Church (1 out of 12 clergy is a weed/deceiver/unbeliever today too). Still "prevailing" but smacked around a bit, sometimes deservedly so.
