The wildlife which can be found in Yellowstone is not very different from the wildlife which could be found there when the park was first established. Some of the species have killed off by hunters and poachers, but would still be there today otherwise.
It is alot of causes, but all we could do is prepare. Or we could pour water in the Yellowstone Park from the "Atlantic or "Pacific" ocean ;)
What would happen if Yellowstone were to erupt? If the supervolcano underneath Yellowstone National Park ever had another massive eruption, it could spew ash for thousands of miles across the United States, damaging buildings, smothering crops, and shutting down power plants. It'd be a huge disaster.
It is believed that 2.1 million years ago, Yellowstone 'Supervolcano' did erupt, it then erupted a second time and the last time it erupted was 640,000 years ago. In 2008, scientists measured high seismic activity showing that Yellowstone could potentially erupt again but hopefully not any time soon. But in proper answer to your question, Yellowstone spewed lava last 70,000 years ago and its most recent super-eruption was 640,000 years ago. Scientists say it is overdue for another eruption but this is all we know so far.
The YellowStone eruption would in fact be very loud. Your ear drums give at about 150 decibals. YellowStone would surpass that by a long ways away. Plus, you probably wouldn't even hear it! Your ear drums would already be busted before your brain could even pick it up. In terms of what it will sound like, it will sound like a giant earth quake going off. But in the end, if it erupts we're done for
Nobody is sure, it last erupted 700 000 years ago. Its eruption could produce enough ash to layer the atmosphere with 5 feet of ash, and will knockout everything and body within 1000 mile radius so when it erupts places such as Denver and Cheyenne are at risk.
Previous Answer: i think it's true blood i do have an 3.7 gpaINCORRECT: After doing some research on YellowStone National Park I found that the area was home to Buffalo, Elk, and a few other animals. The governmental site says that some of the animals found were killed off in the area due to poaching, hunting, and other incidents when the superintendant position was first given. This position wasn't paid and the person holding that job was the only staff member. Hence, no protection leading ot much of these animals dying off.The Answer is: FALSE, some of the wildlife was indeed killed off.So wouldn't the answer be true then because it has changed because many of the animals were killed off since then?
You may find wildlife cams at the website wildlifeforever, thewildlifecam or usewildlife. They all offer many different types of live wildlife cams so you can see up close wildlife you could not otherwise see.
yes

I do not believe there is a mandated distance for the Tourists to remain away from the wildlife in Yellowstone National Park, I would not suggest however getting too close to the wild life, If you thinks Swine Flu was bad just wait until you get Elk or Bison Flu that could be horrible!
Visit the beaches, go shopping or go to the wildlife reserve and look at the different animals.
A naturist is someone who could be considered a wildlife lover.
The president at that time made it so people could not kill animals in national parks, specifically yellowstone

One way that wildlife could be dangerous to the pioneers that traveled west was by attacking the pioneers. They could also be attracted to their food and take it.
