One can purchase a Silverado Truck at most dealership that sell trucks. Other ways of buying a Silverado truck is through contacting owners through Craigslist who are trying to sell their truck.
Why would the loan payments be higher on a car that was the same year same mileage but cost less as the SUV the dealership is trying to get us approved for?
It could be that the loan period for the car is of shorter duration than for the SUV. Therefore, the payments are higher, but you will pay less interest in the long run. My question is why is the dealership trying to get you approved for the SUV when you want the car? Since gasoline prices are outrageous, I 'm sure the dealership is trying to make the SUV purchase more attractive by ofering lower paymernts. Do not be coerced into buying what you don't want - try to get a longer loan period on the car if the payments are higher than you can afford.

You can "special order" a car through a dealership. The auto factories usually do not have retail showrooms. There would be no cost savings even trying to do so.

Typically, no a felon cannot sell a car at a dealership in California. Unless, of course, they are the outright owner of the car in which they are trying to sell to the dealership, (and have all the paperwork to prove this true) OR they are under an employment agreement with the dealership, and it is their job to sell cars at the dealership.

the dealership will probally not take your car back unless u sell it to them at a value that they can resale downside is you'll owe the balance of the loan in which the dealership did not pay your best off trying to resell to a private party and maybe break even you may owe a little money though. but its worth salvaging your credit
