I suggest you follow this link ..http://www.motorcyclephilippines.com/forums/showthread.php?t=178746This is where the Wind 125 owners are discussing problems, sharing infos in regards with the KAwasaki Wind 125 bike..by the way, I am an owner too..
I HAD SIMULAR PROBLEM AND FOUND THAT THE TPS($60) WAS CAUSING THE IDLE PROBLEM.LOCATED NEAR THE THRATTLE MOUTH.ALSO CHANGE THE IDLE SENSOR($125).MECHANIC SHOULD CHECK THE COMPUTER IN YOUR CAR TO BE 100% SURE.THIS WAS MY CARS PROBLEM ONLY .
On the left side of the carb you will see a screw with a spring on it, turn this clockwise to lower tickover and anti clockwise to raise tickover.
If your on the right side of the bike the carburetor is to the top left of the cylinder, there is a screw with a spring on it, tighten the screw to bring the idle up, loosen it to lower the idle
mine is doin it too i think its the top of the engine and im gonna try checking valves first then going for the lifters
125 + 125 = 250
