There are several problems with this as written. Tu is a familiar form, and it has to agree with the verb. The familiar form of tener is tienes. The seond half of the sentence is problemas mas de mi, which means more of my problems. As written, this means "you have much more of my problems." If you want to say "you have much more problems than me", then it is "Tienes mucho más problemas que yo."
