Venom and poison are not exactly the same thing. There are many kinds of poisons, and venom is just one of those kinds. The term venom is usually used to refer to the poison that a poisonous animal, such as a snake or a spider, produces to kill other animals. Poisons include such things as man-made toxins, such as dioxin, or methyl mercury, and so forth. There are many different kinds. Industrial waste is often poisonous, but it is not venom.
Poisons produced by pathogenic bacteria are called bacterial toxins, endotoxins, or exotoxins.

The kinds of clinical specimens that may yield a mixed flora in bacterial cultures include bacterial wound cultures. The mix in flora is often due to contaminants that come from outer surfaces of the wound.
There are many poisons in first hand smoke and they can cause different kinds of diseases and cancers. Some of the poisons are tar and carbon monoxide. They effect the lungs by lowering their elasticity. These toxins can also give you stained teeth and bad breath.
Poison is sometimes cured by use of an antidote. But note that different poisons have different antidotes, and not all poisons have any antidote. Some kinds of poisoning are incurable. It is better to avoid being poisoned.
What causes bacteria to produce toxins is metabolism. The toxins are not intended to be poisons. They are like the exhaust of a car, they are the biproducts of their body processes of life. So in other words, it's bacterial pee and poo.
