No, the 2009 Challenger does not have a cabin air filter. But, the cavity where it goes is present like it is in the Charger & 300. It is just an empty cavity. However, you can buy the same Mopar kit used in those cars fits in the Challenger. It takes about an hour to install. You don't actually need the entire cavity from the kit, but just the insert part that holds the micron air filter.
There are many places one can purchase a used 2009 Challenger. One can find these locations by looking on Craigs' List, one's local newspaper, or by visiting a dealership that supplies this car.

It was Sheriff Joe "JW" Higgins who used that catch-phrase and others whenever he pulled over a Dodge Challenger for being a racing vehicle in the city limits.
