Communism and anarchism have no control over their population, simply because in a communist society (anarchism has the same goal: communist society) there is no state as we know it. On the other hand the governing bodies of this society are the councils of all people in an area, so you could say people have complete control here over themselves.
Totalitarianism has a goal of total control but I cannot comment on pluralism.
