Wow..if u weigh 999 lbs. somethings seriously wrong. U can always lose weight by dropping soda's, candy bars, potato chips. Drink loads of water! loads and loads! I have lost twenty lbs just by dropping sodas. U can drop energy drinks and any kind of candy. Excercise comes with it though. Go walking around the block or do sit ups to get a flat stomach. Run up and down the stairs. Just doing laundry can firm up your arms! Carrying around ur baby can help too. Theres lots of different ways tht u never even thought about to lose weight and firm urself.
