Every organization has common functions to deal or run the business with proper and standard manner. An organization consists of many functional areas. This organization has many departments with their independent functional units. Human Resource, Administration and IT units monitors all the departments unlike the others. The functions of these areas are given below in details.
Human resources area the main focus is managing people in the organization. The main functions are hiring staffs, analyze the organizational requirements of the organization and help to achieve the goal. They also responsible for attracting employees and assure that they are performing their duties. They clarify and provide schedule for the company.

All the managerial power or authority in simple terms, in a functional organization is vested in the functional managers, who control the team members' performance evaluations, salaries, bonuses, hiring, and firing.

This department works closely with departments such as finance, operations, and inventory management to ensure that the organization's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. Effective communication and collaboration between the purchasing department and other functional departments are essential to streamline processes, manage costs, and maintain smooth operations.
