What you have to do is think of a significant experience that has happened in your working environment and the describe, evaluate and analyse it in these point of view:

  • Autobiographical (your own view on it)
  • Student's eyes (this would be your lower ranking staff members in a working environment)
  • Colleague's eyes (so essentially a peer review of the experience so people in the same position as you)
  • Theoretical literature (so you will need to research into the area you have chosen to see what the generally believed point of view is and the theories behind it)

This reflectice practice model was originally based on teaching scenarios so translating it into a working one can be hard but it can used in almost any constext.
