matches my 89 f150 (5.0) 302 and (5.8) 351w and same on my 90 F-250 w 5.8

Follow the color codes and should make sense if you run each one from point a to point B noting the color or tagging them on each end with tape and marker that helps should yours be black replacement hose

I draw mine out on scratch paper first,

My notes may be chicken scratches to some..But it will make More sense to me.
