If by a "silver penny" you mean one of the 1943 steel cents,
then in mint condition it's worth a dollar or two. If you mean some
other date, then it's silver plated and has no collector value. And
your 1967 penny has been altered -- no added value.
There will never be a Canadian bicentennial penny.
Canada's bicentennial won't be until 2067 but the 1¢ coin was
discontinued in 2012.
If you're referring to a centennial penny from 1967,
these are worth only face value to a few cents in average
