There have been dozens and US stamps and hundreds of international stamps issued for the Olympics. Without more information, such as country of issue and value it would be difficult to determine any sort of value. Special cancellations and different values are likely to be worth more. Consult a postage stamp catalog, usually available at your local library for exact identification and catalog values.
Unless you find someone that collects this stuff the value is just for the silver content.
I suggest taking it to a jeweler for an assessment.
I can't tell you the value, but I can tell you how to find out. There is a secondary market for collectibles and books are put out each year about collectibles. This is sort of like a stock market of collectibles. Each type of collectible has a book so you would look in coins under Franklin Mint and then the year of your set. It will give you a price that it was selling for when the book was published. This price can be higher or lower today. When I am looking for the value of a collectible I use these books to give me a base price and then I go on EBay to see what they are listed for on there. You can also take this to a collectible store or antique shop, but often they will give you the lower price so they can sell it higher. As long as you know the basic value you can decide to sell to them or not.
Bottom is whatever someone will pay for it. In reality, take the value of silver and multiply by .925 to adjust for sterling. Then take multiply that number by the amount of silver per stamp. That will give the silver value. Estimating the collectible value is not as easy. Here, refer back to the first sentence.
Mint US stamps are worth their face value to use as postage, so use yours that way, if you need postage.
Otherwise, your stamp has negligible value ( less than 25 cents retail) , but please do not throw it away! Keep it in your stamp collection for
your children or yourself when you have more time. If you have more than one, you can trade it for similar stamps. Or give it to a collector friend. Collectors always appreciate the thought even it they do not need the stamp.

Many of these rare sets are valued in price close to $125. The amount for the sets will vary depending upon their condition and if they come in a case or not.
