Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine the problem I had this exact problem. The problem was that the wheel cylinder was leaking and causing the TCS and ABS lights to come on. I replaced the rear drums and pads and wheel cylinder. This solved the problem.

I have a 01 and and my ABS light and trac off light were on for over a year, I jus got it fixed...My rear wheel bearing sensor was bad, that's what made those lights come on and stay on in my car, but Im not sure about the low tire press.
It probably means your tired pressure is low and your traction control is not working properly (or thinks it isnt) because of the low tire pressure.
