In my opinion , you should be concerned.
The symptoms may be associated with Glaucoma and the nature of the myopia ie -6.25 and -5.75 have a correlation to the predisposition to glaucoma. Have your vison checked by your Practitioner.
Loss of peripheral vision is NOT normal .
