Unfortunately not, Adderall only comes in 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, and 30mg's because it's a little bit stronger than it's counterparts, such as Vyvanse, Focalin, and Ritalin. Honestly I don't know why you would need 70mg's of Adderall, but I'd honestly just take a couple of them until you reach the proper dosage for yourself. they may say it is, but it may not appear that way to you. It did not for me. Im back on Adderall. This is only my opinion. From what I can gather, you need 2.6 times more vyvanse than adderall so if you were honestly taking 60mg of adderall, theoretically you'd need to take a whopping 200mg of vyvanse to equal the power. I more so assume that he's one: trying to make more money by prescribing the newer more expensive pill. Two: he might be trying to curb possible abuse in the area, or trying to make a healthier choice by trying to fight personal dependency by using less powerful amphetamines over a longer time.

This level of dosage (70mg) is reached after a month or more of slight (10mg) weekly increases to build up to the 70mg dose. Taking 100mg at once would be incredibly dangerous and even if you spread the doses apart (i.e. 8 am and 1 pm) it would be just as dangerous because of Vyvanse's long half-life.
