The door handle is in the opposite area to the hinge to creat a lever. If the door handle were on the same stile as the hinge it would require huge amounts of enery to pull the door open
Pull A and B, Go through the northeastern door. Pull D, Go through the southwestern door then go through the southern door. Pull A and B, Go through the northwestern door then the western door then the northern door. Pull E & F, Go through the eastern door and then through the eastern door. Pull C, Go through the northwestern door then through the western door. Pull E, Go through the eastern door, the southern door, the southern door and finally the western door where you will find the oil can.

Pull the Handle down and then pull the door outwards
Unscrew the door handle. Unscrew the "cup" you pull on to close the door. Unscrew the rest of the screws around the bottom and rear of the door panel. Slide the door handle sideways and pull it free. Gravity and the weight of the door assist in making it easier to pull down than to pull up.
You can find other ones in the center console next to the trunk release and a pull cble in the trunk opposite the gas door
first you'll have to dig into the inside of the door and pull all the wiring connections apart and pull out the wires, then you'll possibly have to pull off the fender to get to the door hinge bolts then just pull off the door. be careful not to scratch your paint because the door is pretty heavy
