You use the 'check spelling' tool. This will highlight all the misspelled words. If you then right click on a highlighted word, a list of correct spelling suggestions will be presented and you simply left click on the one you want to use. You do this for each misspelled word.

Yes one can migrate from outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010. To do this firstly take the backup of .pst file of Outlook 2003. Now install the Outlook 2010 and move the backup .pst file into Outlook 2010. To do this following steps should be followed : 1.Start Outlook 2010. Click File tab and then Info tab on menu. 2.In Accounts settings tab, click Accounts settings again. 3.Now click Data Files tab → Add. Select Outlook data File(*.pst), under save as type. 4.Find new location of .pst file and click OK. 5.Select the .pst file and click on Set as default. Click Ok 6.Click the .pst file which was identified in step 3 and remove the local .pst file from the profile. 7.Click Yes then Close and OK to close all the dialog boxes. 8.Now Restart Outlook. It is in our library. Click on the reference library button. Then go to Literature and language. Highlight it and click your mouse. You will see several dictionaries listed. Highlight the you want to see and click your mouse again. You will see the alphabet letters. Find the letter of the word you are interested in and highlight it.
