A was Alison. You see. Ali had a twin sister named Courtney who was mentally crazy in a hospital. While visiting home, Courtney pretends to be Ali and the real Ali is sent to the Mental hospital. So, Emily, Aria, Hanna, and Spencer really were BFFs with Ali (Courtney). Then, Courtney (Ali) gets sent back home and Ali (Courtney) finds out everything. Courtney (Ali) is mad, and tries to kill the Pretty Little Liars, by setting he house on fire, but ends up killing her twin and herself. Also, Ian and Mona die.
