No. Mohandas K. Gandhi was actually a lawyer, educated in England before moving to South Africa to practice (before ultimately returning to India). He did not earn a doctoral degree, and is not referred to as 'doctor'.

However he is called 'Mahatma' or 'Great Soul', which is a considerably cooler title any way.
